摘    要:智慧自然资源监管是当前自然资源信息化建设的重要方向。基于遥感卫星动态监测、无人机航测、视频监控、移动互联网、物联网、智能感知、大数据分析应用的空天地网一体化监测体系的发展为智慧监管系统的建设提供了技术基础。本文以山东省日照市耕地保护执法监管平台为例,探索空天地网一体化智慧监测体系在自然资源监管中的应用,进一步提高耕地保护监测监管的工作效率,为相关决策提供智能化和科学化服务。

Abstract:Intelligent natural resource supervision is an important direction of current natural resource informatization construction. The development of an integrated monitoring system based on remote sensing satellite dynamic monitoring, UAV aerial survey, video monitoring, mobile internet, Internet of things, intellisense, and big data analysis applications provide a technical basis for the construction of an intelligent supervision system. Taking cultivated land protection law enforcement supervision platform in Rizhao city in Shandong province as an example, application of intelligent monitoring system of the space-air-ground integrated system in the supervision of natural resources has been studied. It will improve the work efficiency of cultivated land protection monitoring and supervision, and provide intelligent and scientific service for decision-making.
