摘    要:针对传统电力工程中部分工作由人工空中作业的方式获取数据效率低、数据精度可靠性差等问题,本文提出将三维激光测量技术应用到电力工程领域,利用三维激光扫描仪其非接触式测量、安全快速、数据精度可靠性高等优点,大大降低了人为因素在测量上引起的误差。试验结果表明,这种方法与全站仪测得的电塔塔高测量结果、净空距离测量结果与坐标数据之间的差值在误差允许范围以内。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and poor reliability of data accuracy obtained by manual aerial operations in some work of traditional power engineering, this paper proposes to apply three-dimensional laser measurement technology to the field of power engineering, by taking advantage of non-contact measurement, safety and high speed, high data accuracy and reliability of the three-dimensional laser scanner to reduce the errors caused by human factors in the measurement.The experimental results show that the error between the result of the electric tower height measurement, clearance height measurement and coordinate measurement measured by this technology and by the total station is within the range of allowable error.
