| 摘 要： | 介绍了几种国外常用的生命风险定量评价方法,重点论述了生活质量指数(LQI)方法,包含财富和寿命在内的综合社会指数,用来评价生命风险管理决策的合理性。尝试将生活质量指数用于泥石流灾害生命风险研究中,以2007年四川省典型泥石流灾害为例,通过人均GDP、工作休闲时间比和人口预期寿命3个指标评价了减轻生命风险的成本,即灾害生命损失经济价值。结果显示,其大小超过了直接经济损失的总和,说明大型和特大型泥石流灾害中减轻生命风险的突出重要性。

| Abstract: | Loss of life is the most serious consequence of disaster risk, and life risk assessment has several problems to be solved, of which the controversial problem is the monetary value of human life.
