我国发达地区新型城市化的内涵及测度研究——以江苏省为例

城市化是推动我国建设和发展的强大动力机制,是衡量地区经济社会发展水平和城乡居民生活质量的重要标志。在我国"十二五"规划建议中,明确指出要走中国特色的城镇化道路。解读新型城市化的内涵,确立其测评体系,是研究新型城市化的核心。以我国发达地区——江苏省为研究对象,在分析其内涵的基础上,对江苏省的新型城市化进行了测评,并明确了未来的发展思路,以期对我国其他地区走新型城市化道路提供借鉴。

The Connotation and Measurement of New Urbanization in the Developed Area of China: A Case Study of Jiangsu

Urbanization not only is a strong driving mechanism to promote the construction and development of the regional economic and social development,but also is an important symbol to the level and quality of life for urban and rural residents.In China’s "12 th Five-Year" plan recommendations,leaving it clear that the urbanization with Chinese characteristics.Interpretation of the meaning of the new urbanization,establishing its evaluation system is the core of the new urbanization.Taking the developed areas of China’s Jiangsu Province as study case,analysing its connotation,assessing its new urbanization,and making clear the future development thought are conducted in this paper;The achivements will provide references for the other regions’ development in China.
