| 摘 要： | “数字化东营”地理信息共享系统(DDYGISS)是集3S技术(GIS、GPS、RS)、对象关系数据库技术、In-ternet技术、分布式组件技术等为一体的Web服务平台,是面向资源集合、共享、应用服务的开发平台和运行平台。本文提出了在DDYGISS平台上进行了二次开发,使GIS和城市应急指挥系统的高度集成,实现了电话报警与GIS的应急联动,从而可以准确定位报警部门,利用GIS空间分析功能为应急指挥选择相应的应急预案,取得良好的效果。

| Abstract: | DDYGISS is a highly integrated platform of WEBGIS.It is based on 3S(GIS、GPS、RS),object-oriented RDBMS,Internet,DCOM,etc.At the same time it is a development and application platform oriented resources integrating,resources sharing and application services.The paper puts forward a method by which GIS and city emergency united deployment are highly integrated by virtue of second development based on DDYGISS.In this way,it has realized united deployment of telephone alarm and GIS Emergency.With DDYGISS,the accurate position of alarm-giving place is displayed and reasonable emergency plan is selected.The perfect result has been obtained. |
