| Abstract: | This paper gives a brief introduction to the functions of weather forecast analyzing system (weather GIS),which based on MapGIS,such as organizing structure,data input,editing of the original data,data management,editing the data of results,data output and system setting. And the situation of system applying is also a main part in this paper. |
