摘    要:首先设计了一种基于编码结构光的形状扫描系统,可以快速地获取零件表面密集的点云数据;又设计了一个旋转平台和一种基于圆柱体的旋转平台标定方法,对获取的零件表面点云数据进行构网建模、剖面处理,然后利用Pro/Engineer软件进行剖面线修复与设计,最后得到完整的符合工业标准的工业零件三维造型,可直接用于工业再加工和制造。为了验证该方法的有效性,本文利用几个涡轮叶片进行了测试。

A Reverse Engineering Method Based on Structured Light Measurement System

Abstract:Firstly, a shape scanning system based on coded structured light was designed, by which dense data of the sur- face of parts can be acquired. A rotating platform and a calibration method for rotating platform are designed. The point data is used to construct surface mesh and profile. Secondly, the profile line is designed and repaired by Pro/Engineer. Finally the 3D model of industry parts in accordance with industry standard is obtained, which can be directly used for processing and manufacturing. In order to verify the effectiveness of the method, several turbine blades were tested in the paper.
