| 摘 要： | 用硫酸钠生产烧碱,是对硫酸钠资源开发利用的一种新尝试。将路布兰法制纯碱和苛化法制烧碱有机地结合起来,设计了一条工艺流程路线;通过对各步反应的温度、时间及反应物之间的比例与其产率之间关系的研究,摸索出最佳的反应条件,并对硫酸钠在烧碱工业中的应用前景作了初步的探讨。

PRODCTION OF CAUSTIC SODA BY USING SODIUM SULFATE—A NEW TECHNOLOGY |

| Abstract: | A new technology to produce caustic soda by using sodium sulfate is proposed inthis paper,which is designed as a technological phocess,based on the combination ofLuBulan's method to pradnce soda and the caustification method to produce causticsoda.At the same time,studied are the temperature and the time of the reaction,theratios of the reaction materials and their relations to productivity.On the basis ofthese,optimum reaction conditions are given.In addition,applicational prospect of sodium sulfate as a raw material in causticsoda industry is disscused. |
