摘    要:自地勘单位战略性结构调整以来,改变了由矿产地质勘察、勘探、矿权经营为主业的产业格局。针对目前地勘单位多种经济形式共存的局面,提出了新形式下地勘单位人力资源的科学化管理体系理念,以及人力资源管理规划的制定与实施的具体内容。

Abstract:Since the starting of strategic frame adjustment of geological exploration units,has changed the original industrial structure of to take the mineral geological investigation,exploration and mining rights as the main businesses.Aimed at the present conjuncture of varied coexisting economical patterns,the author put forward a new idea of geological exploration units' scientific manpower resources management system and detailed contents to set down and carry into execution of the manpower resources management planning.
