| 摘 要： | 伽利略系统是欧洲自主的全球定位导航系统,自1999年正式开始研究,现已进入开发阶段。伽利略系统是一个大系统项目,涉及政治、经济、科技、军事各个方面,本文着重从管理的角度对伽利略计划的有关进展进行了总体的介绍。

| Abstract: | GALILEO is an Europe own global navigation satellite system, providing a high accuracy, guaranteed global positioning service under civilian control .It was launched in 1999, and now it has moved into development phase. Because GALILEO is a big system which involved in Polity,Economy, Science and Defence, from a view of management , this paper has given an overall introduction of the development of GALILEO. |
