| 摘 要： | 文章根据实地高程测量资料和调研结果,对大连市防风暴潮能力进行了分析,并结合目前大连市风暴潮预警报工作和应急响应机制现状,提出加强防潮设施建设、发挥预警报工作的作用、完善应急响应机制和加大宣传力度等方面的建议,为决策者提供参考。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the storm tide prevention ability of Dalian City based on the height measurement data and research results from field work. Proposals to strengthen the tide prevention facilities, function the forecast and warning alarm, improve the emergency response mechanism and enhance the publicity were provided as the references for policy makers. |
