摘    要:文章以深圳市作为研究对象,利用遥感和GIS技术,对1979-2014年间5个时期的多源数据进行分析,获取了深圳市近35年以来的填海变化数据,并以此为基础,分析深圳市的填海动态变化特征及其驱动因素。研究表明:1979-2014年间,深圳市填海总面积约74.77 km2,其中,西部海域为62.75 km2,占比为83.9%,东部海域12.02 km2,占比为16.1%;从填海规模和发展速度来看,深圳市填海变化具有明显的阶段特征,大致分为起步发展阶段、快速增长阶段、优化扩张阶段和控制增长阶段;影响深圳市填海变化的驱动力,主要来源于社会经济、土地资源、使用价格、政策法规及生态环境等五大因素。最后,文章结合填海变化及驱动因素分析成果,对新时期的深圳市填海活动提出合理性建议。

Abstract:This paper had made a comprehensive analysis of land reclamation of Shenzhen in the recent 35 years based on satellite images acquired at 5 different periods from 1979 to 2015 by using RS and GIS technologies. The characteristics of reclamation changes and the driving factors were systematically analyzed. From 1979 to 2014, the total reclamation area was about 74.77 km2, 83.9% of which was in western coast with an area of 62.75 km2, and the eastern coast was 12.02 km2, accounting for 16.1%. According to the characteristics of reclamation scale and developing speed, the history of land reclamation in Shenzhen could be divided into 4 phases involving the initial stage of development, the rapid growth stage, the optimization of expansion stage and the controlled growth stage. The driving force of reclamation in Shenzhen city mainly lies in five factors, including social economy, land resources, price, policies and regulations as well as ecological environment. At last, this paper put forward reasonable suggestions on the Shenzhen reclamation in the new period, based on the analysis of the changes of the land reclamation and the driving factors.
