淮河生态经济带城镇化与粮食生产耦合协调性时空特征

基于淮河生态经济带28个地级市2000—2019年的面板数据,构建了城镇化和粮食生产评价指标体系,并运用耦合协调模型,对城镇化与粮食生产的耦合协调性时空特征进行了分析。结果显示:2000—2019年淮河经济带各市城镇化与粮食生产耦合协调度稳步上升,进入协调发展区间的城市已由2000年的8个增加到2019年的26个。虽然城镇化、粮食生产以及两者的耦合协调度都存在不同程度的空间差异,但也都呈现出日趋缩小的态势。除城镇化先行发展的少数港口和矿业城市外,早期城镇化受阻是制约两者协调发展的主要因素,而目前只有8个农业大市城镇化相对滞后,说明城镇化与粮食生产可以实现协调发展。

Spatio-temporal Evolution Characteristics of Coupling Coordination between Urbanization and Grain Production in Huaihe Eco-economic Belt

The panel data of 28 cities in the Huaihe Eco-economic Belt(HHEEB)from 2000 to 2019 is analyzed based on the evaluation index systems of urbanization and grain production,the research method includes the entropy method,the comprehensive evaluation model and coupling coordination.There are some findings as follows:The coupling coordination degree(D index)between urbanization and grain production in HHEEB presents a trend of increase in recent 20 years,and the number of cities which D>0.5 has increased from 8 in 2000 to 26 in 2019.In terms of spatial distribution,there are obvious spatial differences in urbanization index(μ1),grain production index(μ2)and D index,but they all show a trend of narrowing spatial differences.In the early stage,the obstruction of urbanization is the main factor restricting the coordinated development of the urbanization and grain production except for a few industrial and mining cities.At present,number of cities which urbanization lags behind grain production is only 8.The results show that urbanization and grain production can develop harmoniously.
