| Abstract: | The prediction to the M7.9 earthquake (the moment magnitude is 8) occurred in the joint area of China, Mongolia and Russia on Sep. 27, 2003 is reviewed, its strong aftershock (moment magnitude 7.3) is discussed with Corlioli stress. |
