海带和裙带菜硝酸还原酶活性比较

摘    要:试验海带和裙带菜孢子体在不同部位、不同生长期硝酸还原酶的活性。指出两种藻硝酸还原酶的活性随年龄增长而增强,叶片横向和纵向酶活性分布。阐明生长在不同水层的海带在同一部位酶活性的差异。

Abstract:The distribution of nitrate reductase(NR) in different regions of both young and mature sporophytes of Laminaria japonica and Undaria pinnatifida from different water depths has been studied.The results indicate that the NR activities of these plants increase with increasing age.The transverse distribution of NR activities in various tissues of the blade shows that activities in the outside are higher than those about the medulla.The distribution of NR activities along the longitudinae blade shows that NR activities increase gradually from the base to the middle of blade,decline slightly from the middle to the upper blade,and ascend suddenly at the blade apex.In addition,NR activities of the same regions are different,those of plants from the shallow water are bigger than those of plants from the deep water.
