Planetary Ring Dynamics

The study of planetary ring dynamics may be helpful to our understanding both the origin and evolution of the solar system and the galtales. The planetary encounter of Voyager 2 greatly enriches our knowledge of planetary ring systems, and challenges the study of ring dynamics. We review the progress on the reaserch of major ring dynumics under the influnces of the gravitational fleld of the oblate primary plallet, the self-gravity of the ring, ioter -particle coilisioas and satellite perturbations.
