环保型高效润滑剂(Glub)的研制与应用

摘    要:润滑剂在地质调查岩心钻探和石油天然气钻探中用量日益增加,而目前的润滑剂仍在使用有毒性的矿物油材料(如柴油等)作基础原料,必然会被日益严格的环境保护要求所限制。阐述了一种新型的、符合环保要求的高效润滑剂(Glub)。室内性能评价和现场应用表明:Glub具有优良的润滑性能,可以均匀地分散于钻井液中,形成致密的油膜,显著降低摩擦系数和扭矩,满足钻探施工要求。

Abstract:The dosage of lubricate in geology survey core drilling and petroleum drilling is increasing day by day. The current lubricates are still using toxic mineral oil, such as diesel oil, as their row materials. So the application of current lubrication certainly will be limited by the strict environment requirements. A new type of high efficient lubricant (Glub) whose characteristics confirm to the environment protection requirement was introduced. The results of indoor test and field application showed that the Glub has great lubricating capacity, can well distributed in drilling fluid, forms strong and thick oil film. It can notable reduce the friction coefficient and torque and meet the requirements of drilling.
