贵阳市基础地理信息公共服务平台的建设与应用

地理信息是城市信息资源共享的基础,以地理空间框架为基础,建设城市地理信息公共服务平台,对于整合城市信息资源、促进部门间数据共享、交换与业务协同,推动城市信息化发展及数字城市、智慧城市建设具有重要的意义。本文以贵阳市基础地理信息公共服务平台建设为例,详细介绍公共服务平台建设模式、内容,并对预期效益进行了分析,为其他公共服务平台的建设提供参考。

Construction and Application of Guiyang Fundamental Geoinformation Public Services Platform

Geoinformation is the basic for urban information resources sharing.Constructing the urban fundamental geoinformation public services platform based on geospatial framework is enormously significant for integrating urban information resources,facilitating the data sharing and exchanging,and business cooperating between departments,and promoting the urban information developing and the construction of digital and intelligent city.Taking Guiyang Fundamental Geoinformation Public Services Platform as an example,this paper detailedly introduced the construction mode and contents of public services platform,and analyzed the expected benefits which provided reference for the construction of other public services platform.
