东北经济区粮食物流系统空间布局模式研究

东北经济区是我国重要的商品粮基地,经过多年的建设和发展,已具备了建设粮食物流系统的基础和优势,基于粮食流通环节的重要作用,该系统的建立对于东北经济区乃至全国的粮食生产与粮食市场的发展都有重要意义.从宏观空间布局的角度来研究如何构建该区粮食物流系统,以GIS为辅助工具,定性与定量分析相结合,阐述了东北经济区粮食物流空间节点体系的建立过程及其核心功能区的确立,并在此基础上提出粮食物流服务链网空间布局的构想.为使该系统高效运作,尽可能缩小物流成本,最后提出了相应的对策与建议.

Study on Northeast Economic Zone Grain Logistics System Spatial Layout Mode

Northeast Economic Zone is the main commodity grain base of our country, and through the construction and development for many years, it has already possessed the foundation and advantage of building grain logistics system. Based on the great importance of grain circulation, the building of this system has great signifi- cance to the development of grain production and grain market in Northeast Economic Zone and even in our whole nation. This paper studies how to set up the grain logistics system in terms of spatial layout macroscopically. Using GIS as auxiliary means, it mainly elaborates the establishing process of Northeast Economic Zone grain logistics space node system and its core function section qualitatively and quantitatively, and on the base of this, it also proposes an idea of Northeast Economic Zone grain logistics service chain network space layout. Finally, in order to effect the operation and reduce the logistics cost as much as possible, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
