基于J2EE公文处理系统的设计与实现

利用当前电子政务建设的新技术构建一个基于J2EE架构、功能完善、全面整合的政务办公平台，实现公文流转、公文传输和流程状态可视化等功能。目前中国气象局机关、各直属单位和各省（区、市）气象局都使用该平台完成FI常公文的运转，并全程实现了网上公文的起草、签批、套红、鉴印和下发，取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。

At present, using this system, China meteorological administration office, each directly units and each province meteorology bureau accomplished documentary circulation, draw up, sign, red chro- matography, impressing and sending out, and acquired well social benefits and economic benefit.
