东北地区矿业城市脆弱性特征与对策研究

矿业城市面临经济、社会和资源环境等多方面的综合性可持续发展问题,是振兴东北老工业基地的重点和难点。基于矿业城市脆弱性分析框架,分析了东北地区矿业城市的脆弱性及调控对策,认为矿业城市具有典型的脆弱性特征,突出表现在面临的扰动因素多、强度大,城市结构敏感性较高,自身缺乏应对扰动影响的能力,并且外部援助机制和途径不健全。指出应积极促进矿业城市转型,减少或规避城市可持续发展面临的扰动因素,优化城市人地关系及其内部结构,充分利用城市内外各种应对资源,有效调控矿业城市脆弱性以实现其城市可持续发展。

Vulnerability of Mining Cities in Northeast China and Its Control Measures
