| Abstract: | This paper provides an overview of GALILEO'S business plan based on GALILEO public and private partnership. It specifies the different roles which public and private sector will play on the deployment and operation phase of GALILEO,especially the key issues on the procurement, financing, revenue of the system. It also presents the method and process of establishing GALILEO PPP. |
