| Abstract: | In the humid and rainy subtropic environment like Guizhou, the initial water contemt of red clay are generally too high to meet the need of packing, whereas the coarse-grained soil from soft rock erosion may serve as the best packer to solve this critical problem. The engineering characteristics of the coarse-grained soil packer are described in detail. |
