威海-蓬莱活动构造分段

威海－蓬莱断裂带是山东半岛北部最重要的一条构造带，也是华北地区张家口－威海构造带的组成。通过东、西部侵蚀面高度统计、河长分形统计、河网密度统计和地震震中密度统计分析研究，表明断裂带具有东、西分段特征。西段自新构造晚期以来的活动性较强，是今后地震及其地地质灾害监测和防治的重要地段。

SUBSECTION OF THE ACTIVE STRACTURE OF WEIHAI-PENGLAI

The Weihai-Penglai fracture zone is one of the most important active structures in Shsndong peninsula, and is also the component of Zhangjiakou-Weihai structural zone. Based on the statistic study of height of erosion surface, fractal of river length, density of river networks and density of earthquake epicenter,it is discovered that the Weihai-Penglai fracture zone is of the character of east-west division. The activity of western section is stronger than the eastern section since the later neo-tectonic period and hence is the important section for monitoring and preventing earthquake and other geological disasters in the future.
