| 摘 要： | 本文分析４３例腰椎间盘突出术前患者增强前后ＭＲ表现：全部病例均有腰间盘突出症状而未行任何脊柱手术，采用１．０Ｔ超导磁共振机，进行Ｔ１加权增强前后扫描。

| Abstract: | This paper was to analyse the MR appearance in lumbar disc herniation(LDH) patients before and after gadolinium administration.43 patients who have not had surgery were examined with 1.0T unit.Total patients with a syndrome of LDH without surgery and T1 weighted adages pre-and post-contrast were studied. 40 of 43 CaSes(83 lesions)shows abnormal nerve root enhancement. Enhancement around herniated disk in 30 patients(62 lesions)and the others with reletive syndroms.Intrathecal and intramural nerve roots enhancement have a possible to detect the pathophysiologic changes of nerve root and have a good correlation with LDH and clinical syndroms. |
