| Abstract: | At present,the out-off-work and reemployment problem attract extensive and close attention of the whole society.Based on a systematical analysis on the specific conditions of the geological exploration agencies where so many people are out-off-work and reemployment is difficult,the author has put forward five countermeasures and suggestions to tackle the problem. |
