| Abstract: | Mn-bearing silver oxide ore has been classified as refractory and thereby characterized non-commercial for the recovery and production of silver by conventional methods. Manganese minerals as well as the silver contained in them were concentrated by magnetic separation, and then the silver in the tailings was recovered by cyanide leaching. The total recovery rate of silver reached 90% by this processing flow sheet. |
