| 摘 要： | 兰村泉域水源地是太原市重要水源地，担负着太原市城市居民生产、生活用水任务，但是，由于多年来不合理开采，造成区域地下水水位严重下降、水质不断恶化，给太原市经济发展带来不良影响，为了适应太原市率先发展，保征兰村泉域地下水可持续利用以支撑太原市经济社会可持续发展，在引黄入并到来之际，对兰村泉域地下水开发利用提出探讨性意见及保护管理措施。

| Abstract: | Lancun spring area is an important water source area of Taiyuan City, but the exploitation of water resources unreasonably for years, which had dropped groundwater table seriously and worsened water quality continuously. All above have brought harmful effects to the development of economy and society. The writer has proposed some suggestions and protection and administrative measures, which can ensure the sustainable utilization of groundwater to support sustainable development of economy and society in Taiyuan City. |
