| Abstract: | How to establish a"useful"e-government?Ottawa municipality's experience is,to include the IT(Information Technology) management in the works of the decision-making level and every administrative level of every government department.The idea is making IT utilization an investment,focusing on the"output"of IT facilities,and aiming at obtaining the investment return.This paper briefly introduces the above mentioned idea. |
