大岗山水电站深孔帷幕成孔综合钻探技术

摘    要:与传统提钻取心钻进技术相比,绳索取心技术能有效解决取心质量差、钻孔弯曲、孔内事故多发等技术难题。结合大岗山水电站左岸940rn高程的帷幕成孔钻探工艺,分析钻探施工中存在的问题,采取针对性的工艺改进和优化措施,有效地解决了这些难题,并且在提高工程质量的同时获得了经济效益。

Abstract:Compared with the traditional core drilling technology by lifting bits, wire-line coring technology can effectively solve the technical difficulties of poor core quality, borehole bending and downhole accidents. According to the drilling technology of hole-forming for curtain at the elevation of 940m on the left bank of Dagangshan hydropower station, the prob- lems in drilling construction are analyzed and effectively solved by process improvement and optimization, the engineering quality is improved with economic benefits.
