土地利用的人地关系透视

人地关系的协调是可持续发展战略的基本内容，土地利用是人地关系的核心问题。文章基于对土地综合体属性的把握，分析了土地在人地系统中的基础作用。不同的土地利用类型决定了人地系统的属性特征具有自然和社会两重属性。从土地开发的历史角度探讨了人类系统的发展及其在人地关系构建中的主导作用，最后得出了人地系统的作用机制。

Prospect of Man-earth Relationship in Land-use

Geography is a science that investigates the mutual relationships and interactions between man and earth. Man-earth regional system is the core of geographical study. Land-use is the core of the correlated of man and nature. Based on the apprehension of land's synthesis and man-earth relationship, this paper points out the hierarchical structure system, attribute and transitional character of man-earth relationship. The conclusions of this paper have five points:1) As the base of human survive and development, land has five functions.2) The attributive character of man-earth system includes natural quality and social attribute. 3) Land syntheses have some characters, such as: expediency of land, potential capacity of land, limiting of land, productivity and quality of land.4) The development of human system is the definitive factor of the change of man-earth relationship, the transform of human system is the basic measure to harmonize man-earth relationship.5) Focused on the connection of land-use and man-earth relationship, it set up the mode of integral man-earth system and mutual interaction.
