Selecting Western Cultural Factors for Induction into College English Teaching

On the bases of the studies on practical language materials involving British and American cultures,this article systematically discussed and suggested eight essential cultural factors of ecology,religion,materials,society,knowledge,ideology,history and ocean that should be inducted into college English teaching,in order to reveal the organic relationships between the eight cultural factors and college English teaching.
