摘    要:地勘单位在实施企业化进程中,建立科学的业绩考核体系,要坚持以效益为中心,以市场为导向,结合行业实际,建立多极激励机制,激发经营者潜能,实现经营者价值的最大化和企业效益的最大化,促进地勘经济的全面、协调、可持续发展。

Abstract:A geological exploration organization in the course of enter pr isation should establish a system to assess operating achievements which must se t up a multiple encouraging system with taking results as center and taking mark et as guidance in order to arouse operators' latent energy, thus, bring about a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable advance in geological exploration eco nomy.
