| 摘 要： | 本文针对地勘经济转轨时期地勘单位从事矿产开发工作的实际，介绍了利山金矿的现状，分析了近几年矿山生产经营中存在的３个主要问题，总结了以往工作的经验教训，从５个方面较详细地阐述了矿山下一步工作的对策及建立，期望为日后决策提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the present situation of the Lishan gold mine which has been run by a geological exploration agency as a result of the policy of switching from geology economy to other fields. Four main problems existing in recent years concerning mine operation have been analyzed; experience and lessons obtained in the past have been summarized; and recommendations on future work in five aspects have been given in detail. |
