区域持续发展的基本理论及其实践意义

区域持续发展是从实践中提出的重大课题，理论滞后于应用为其基本现实。没有理论的行动是盲目的。区域持续发展理论建设已迫在眉睫。理论建设包括科学体系、理论基础、基本理论和核心理论层次，本文主要对其基本理论层进行论述，认为现代人地关系协调论、区域PRED系统论、区域发展控制论和人地相互作用潜力论构成了区域持续发展的基本理论，这些理论对于构建区域持续发展核心理论以及指导当前的区域持续发展实践有着极为重要的现实意义。     

大气环境污染优化控制的实际问题

讨论了大气环境污染优化控制理论和应用中的几个实际问题以及可以采用的一些分析和解决实际问题的方法,包括系统化分析方法、数据库的设计与实现、实用空气质量模式、优化控制问题的数学描述和求解、污染物方程及其伴随方程的线形规划求解等,同时给出了在大气环境容量规划和总量控制研究中的实现步骤。     

气候与环境预测和调控中的数学问题

数学无所不在,现代科学与数学的发展是相互促进的,未能用严谨的数学方式表达的科学问题难于说是属于现代科学范畴的,现代的数学方法与现代提出的科学问题密切地结合是解决问题的关键.作者论述了现代的气候与环境预测和调控中的一些重要的数学问题,其中第一个问题即预测问题,也包括数值天气预测等在内.在这方面论述的问题有预测问题提法的适定性;非线性系统的分叉、混沌、突变等和可预测时效的关系;不完整的观测资料四维同化问题;不同分辨率模式的嵌套问题;和数值求解的算法问题.第二个问题是自然环境的调控或即自然控制论,举例分析了人工影响天气、改良局部气候、泥沙冲淤调控和最优航道工程、以及生态建设规划等问题.       

从自然控制论看黄河上游人工增雨

用自然控制论原理和方法,从理论上探讨了用人工增雨来解决黄河断流所遇到的一些问题及解决方案.结果表明,只有在黄河上游地区增加降水才可以缓解黄河断流问题,河曲地区是最佳人工增雨区.针对河曲有限区域人工调控天气问题,首次提出了解决人工增雨的正问题与反问题的概念.在此基础上,给出了河曲地区人工增雨的概念模型.     

Semantic Web and service computation in GIScience applications: a perspective and prospective

Semantic Web and Web services have been two prominent themes in the computer science and IT mainstream for more than a decade. While both of these themes have been evolving, some geographers and GIScientists have been trying to introduce and adopt such new technologies into GIScience research and development. This paper reviews the state-of-the-art and the main constraints of semantic Web and Web services technologies and their applications in GIScience. Unless some fundamental problems within both semantic Web and Web services can be resolved, such technologies will be difficult to match the needs in the GIScience community. Besides logics, more sciences and theories have to be introduced into this research front in order to break through the long-term bottleneck in semantic Web and service computation in general.     

控制论与人工影响天气 III: 自然控制论在人工增雨作业中的应用框架

应用自然控制论的理论方法,提出人工增雨作业和效果检验的框架.它将事前和作业进行过程中的观测和预报、调控方案(滚动式的和有反馈回路的)、作业和效果检验紧密联系成一个整体系统,将调控方案提为最优化问题,并把不断的观测资料同化到滚动式预报模式和求优化之中.所提出的一种效果检验方法是比较客观和定量的.     

控制论与人工影响天气 I: 人工增雨作业中的正反问题及最优调控

利用自然控制论的观点,重新审视了人工影响天气诸多方面的问题,提出了人工调控有限区域天气的正问题和反问题,并对最优调控问题,根据观测实例进行了分析讨论.结果表明,自然控制论是指导开展人工影响天气的一个好的理论框架,不仅要加强观测以了解自然降水过程,发展数值模式以更好的模拟实际降水过程,更需要开展反问题的研究;对最优调控的讨论表明,不能仅仅局限于有无催化可能,更应全面考虑降水云系的结构.     

人工增雨研究和作业的进展以及提高科学化的可行途径——“人工增雨研究专辑”前言

我国人工增雨研究有很好的成果,有大规模作业的丰富经验,近年来又有很大进步。"人工增雨研究专辑"选登其中一些具有普遍意义的成果和经验,以及未来近期内可以再进一步提高的一些思考和建议。作者试图先对这些经验和问题进行归纳概述和分析讨论。大体上说,这些成功的研究成果和作业经验有:选择有利于增雨的历史天气—气候背景条件、临近作业时对作业云的判断、机理的数值模拟、凝结核和雨滴及它们的谱分布规律和新催化剂的研制等。未来近期内应该做、而且可以有结果的使作业进一步科学化的工作,除结合经验介绍而指出的一些外,关键是:1)尽量做到观测—预报—作业—效果检验一体化;直接面对增雨作业效果本身进行检验,这样才能使作业和效果检验科学化。为此应用控制论的观点和方法(尤其是工程控制论和自然控制论)是可行的。2)要开展暖性对流云催化作业的研究。3)一定要对已有的工作经验进行系统总结,并一定要将研究工作和作业实践密切结合起来。4)一定要气象和水利部门协调起来,才能充分有效地解决四度空间的水资源利用问题。此外,还涉及其他一些人工影响天气的问题,如防雹、消雾等。     

水稻群体动态预测与栽培决策

本文以作物计算机模拟技术为基础，根据天气，土壤，苗情，模拟预测水稻群体的发育群、茎蘖消长、叶面积动态、光合生产与产量形成。
