当代世界汽车工业地域结构变化的新趋向

汽车工业是世界最重要的产业部门之一，其发展已近一个世纪，并始终处于不断创新、发展壮大的进程中，被视为“朝阳产业”。本文在回顾汽车工业发展历史的基础上，从宏观的角度着重分析了当代汽车生产的三足鼎立局面，以及跨国生产及战略东移的新趋向。     

Free vibrations of a cantilever beam with a spring–mass system attached to the free end

An exact solution for the title problem is obtained using the Bernoulli–Euler theory of beam vibrations. Natural frequencies are obtained for a wide range of the intervening physical parameters. The problem is of interest in naval and ocean engineering systems since in order to avoid dangerous resonance conditions the designer must be able to predict natural frequencies of the overall mechanical system: structure–motor and its elastic mounting.     

Forced vibrations of a clamped-free beam with a mass at the free end with an external periodic disturbance acting on the mass with applications in ships’ structures

An exact, analytical solution is obtained for the title problem which constitutes a classical one although no solution is available in well known textbooks and handbooks normally used by the structural engineer in several fields of technology: ocean and naval engineering, aerospace applications, etc. The authors performed this study motivated by a situation where excessive displacements were noticed in a structural element carrying a relatively small motor at the free end and placed at the engine room of a naval vessel. The Bernoulli-Euler model has been employed.     

一种底上群落分级定量采集器

在Ｍａｃｅｒ采集器的基础上，经修改制成一种新型的底上生物群落分级定量采集器。４个标准ＷＰ２浮游生物网（网目０．５ｍｍ）嵌接在不锈钢架上，网口与海底距离分别为１０—４０，４５—７５，８０—１１０，１１５—１４５ｃｍ。每个网均装有１个水流计及两扇活动门。这些门通过１个杠杆装置控制其开关，当采集器与海底接触时使门打开。使用这种新型采集器在法国近岸海区及北大西洋深海海底进行了一百多次成功的采样，对各种软、硬底质均可良好运作。     

Globalization failures in a neo-liberal world: the case of FIAT Auto in the 1990s

In the 1990s FIAT Auto embarked on an ambitious globalization project (Project 178). FIAT Auto’s main aim was to enter new markets in emerging economies, although globalization also opened up opportunities for cost reduction through global sourcing. The countries chosen were ones in which it was anticipated that neo-liberal programmes of economic reform would result in fast economic growth. The result however was slow growth and economic crises. For FIAT Auto the consequence was a massive shortfall in anticipated sales which contributed along with a number of other factors to a deep financial crisis and a dramatic restructuring of the FIAT Group. This paper seeks to examine and explain these events drawing on a global value chain approach to the analysis of corporate profit and accumulation strategies.     

Protection of a monumental building against traffic-induced vibrations

To preserve an ancient building in Rome against traffic-induced vibrations, an anti-vibration system was introduced under the paving of the near Lungotevere road. An experimental investigation was recently carried out by ENEA in order to analyse the traffic-induced vibrations in the basement of the building and the effectiveness of the intervention. Wave propagation in the soil around the building in presence of the anti-vibration paving was compared with that in absence of the anti-vibration paving. The study showed the importance of the taking into account the contribution of other structures in the area to the dynamic behaviour of the whole system.     

Forced transverse vibrations of a simply supported rectangular orthotropic plate in the case where the force acts over a plate subdomain

The present study deals with the exact solution of the title problem in the case where a uniformly distributed p₀ cos ωt-type force acts over a rectangular portion of the plate. The problem is of interest in naval and ocean engineering systems where a motor or an engine mounted on a plate or slab induces a dynamic excitation over a finite area. Mechanical designers commonly consider the problem from the point of view of a concentrated dynamic or static force. On the other hand, modelling the structural system as an orthotropic element is of considerable interest in ocean and naval design in view of the ever-increasing use of composite materials and also of the anisotropic characteristics often induced by metallurgical processes.     

辽宁省海洋机动渔船结构调整的研究

根据辽宁省海洋机动渔船统计资料，分析了海洋机动渔船的变化情况，运用多目标线性规划法对辽宁省海洋机动渔船结构配置进行了优化。结果表明：辽宁省各功率级别海洋机动渔船的功率数均有增长，并且各功率级别海洋机动渔船的功率结构不合理；各分级海洋机动渔船功率的优化估算比例是，184KW以上、88—184KW、44—87KW、15—43KW与14KW以下的功率占总功率的百分比分别约为31．6％、10．5％、27．0％、25．6％与5．3％。最后对渔船结构调整进行了讨论。     

盘锦冬季城区机动车污染物排放模拟研究

采用美国环境保护局开发的机动车排放因子模型Mobile5,计算了2005年盘锦冬季机动车单车排放因子在不同车型条件下的排放情况。结果表明:不同车型的机动车其单车排放因子随着车速的增加而呈不同趋势的变化,HC和CO逐渐降低,而NOx随车型的变化而变化。
