唐山南堡开发区污水排海方案的优化选择研究

本文应用现场勘测和数据模拟相结合的方法，预测了开发区近期（２０００年）及远期（２０１０年）的开发建设对该海域的污染影响，探讨了对该海域污染影响较小且技术可行，经济合理的污水排海方案，为开发区的建设和海洋环境保护提供了科学依据和对策。

做好节约集约用地这篇大文章——卢氏县垃圾处理厂上山引出的话题

日前,笔者在豫西卢氏县采访,路过县城不远的一个山坡处,不经意间令人振奋地发现：该县的垃圾处理厂建在一个荒山坡上,未占一分基本农田。笔者不禁惊异,询问其中缘故。县土地局的负责同志介绍说,卢氏县是一个深山区,有＂八山一水一分田＂之说,土地资源十分缺乏。为了节约用地,选择再三,最后,县里报请上级批准,把垃圾处理厂址定在了荒山坡上。     

Permeable Reactive Barrier for the treatment of contaminated surface water in Katedan industrial development area, Hyderabad, India

Permeable Reactive Barrier （PRB） is an emplacement of inert material （s） in the subsurface, designed to intercept a contaminated plume, provides a preferential flow path through the reactive media, and transforms the contaminant into environmentally acceptable forms to attain concentration remediation goals at the discharge of the barrier. The phenomena, which help in remediation within PRB, are adsorption/sorption, precipitation, oxidation/reduction and biodegradation. Various materials like zero-valent iron, zero-valent bi-metals, natural zeolites, organic carbon, fly ash, zeolites, limestone, activated alumina, apatites, etc. have been tried by many researchers to remove organic and inorganic contaminants. In USA, Canada, and many European countries commercial full-scale and pilot scale PRBs are successfully working. The design and installation of full scale PRBs needs laboratory treatability and dynamic flow column experiments？ The concept of PRB is being applied to treat contaminated surface water in the Katedan industrial area, Hyderabad, India. National Geophysical Research Institute （NGRI）, Hyderabad, India, conducted systematic studies in collaboration with Norwegian Geotechnical Institute （NGI）, Norway, to develop PRB technique to decontaminate the surface water pollution due to industrial effluent. A site assessment study in the Katedan Industrial Area, were carried out and water, soil and sediment from the lakes of the area were found to be polluted with high concentrations of heavy metals like As, Pb, Cr, Cd, Ni, etc. Adsorption studies at NGRI with synthetic samples and in-situ industrial effluent using different reactive media for removing contaminants like arsenic, chromium, cadmium, copper, nickel, lead and zinc have been carried out and yielded satisfactory results. The performance of zero-valent iron and limestone is encouraging in removing As,     

油田污水中Fe2+,S2-,DO及pH值对HPAM-酚醛CDG成胶性能影响的研究

在对河南油田双河矿区油田污水进行全分析的基础上，研究了污水中Fe^2 ,S^2-，溶解氧（DO）及污水的pH值对有机交联体系聚丙烯酰胺（HPAM）－酚醛胶态分散凝胶（CDG）成胶性能的影响。研究结果表明，Fe^2 ,S^2－，DO及污水的pH值对HPAM－酚醛体系的成胶性能都有影响当ρ（Fe^2 )=1.6mg/L,ρ（S^2-)=0.1mg/L,ρ（DO）=1.6mg/L，HPAM－酚醛体系就不能成胶；随着污水pH值的增大，CDG强度变弱。     

陕西省水体污染现状与防治

由于传统经济发展没有充分考虑环境容量的问题，使目前我省大部分水体已经被严重污染。本文系统地分析了我省八大水系的水质状况及污染原因，并提出了相应的防治措施。     

福州市水环境的问题与对策

本文从工业废水及其排放，生活污水及其排放，畜禽养殖废水及其排放和农药的使用，以及内河水环境等4个方面，分析了福州市水环境的现状及其存在的问题；提出了加强水环境保护、提高水环境质量的有关对策。     

高密度电法勘探在岩溶查找中的应用

介绍了武汉市汤逊湖污水处理厂厂址的地质概况和地球物理特征，以及高密度电法勘探的施工方案，分析了视电阻率异常特征，并说明了其异常验证情况。高密度电法勘探结果表明该区存在溶洞，为施工提供了决策依据，建议在有溶洞的地段采取相应措施，以防止工程建设后发生地质灾害。
