为打造“快递产业之乡”贡献力量

杭州市桐庐县地处钱塘江中游,富春江斜贯县境;范仲淹赞之为"潇洒桐庐",黄公望名作《富春山居图》所画景致70%取景于此,一直以来是全国著名的制笔之乡、针织名镇、箱包之城。随着近年来电商等行业的崛起,"快递之乡"成了桐庐县的新名片。2018年全国快递总量507.1亿件,其中超过50%的量(272.61亿件)。     

PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE FLOODING AND DROUGHT CLAMITY DURING PAST 1500 YEARS IN THE HAI′AN REGION，JIANGSU PROVINCE

Collection and arrangement of the historical records of climatic changes and environment evolution,espectial-lyin the aspect of calamities,are made on the history documents of past 1500 years about Haiˊan region,Jiangsu Province.There existed two obvious flooding-drought frequently-occurring periods:one was from 1550 AD to 1850 AD and another was 100 AD to 1200AD.The period of 1550 AD to1850 AD is interrupted by two relatively arid and cold climatic periods:one was from 1630 AD to 1700 AD and another was 1750 AD to 1820 AD.The main characteristic of the calamity periods is that they occurred by turns,and sometimes,both drought and flooding occurred in the same year.The instability of the climatic changes in the Little Ice Age may be the main reason of the frequently-occurring flooding and drought in Haiˊan region.Research results also show that the frequently-occurring periods of flooding and drought is in close relationship with the solar activity,and therefore,occurrence of the flooding and drought may be in relation with the intensity of the solar activity.This hypothesis may need further study in the future.     

试论新世纪地理信息科学的发展

本文重点分析了当前国内外地理信息科学的形成与发展趋势和地理信息科学不断发展的历程 ,提出近期发展的前沿 ,以及当前地理信息产业化面临的一些重要问题。最后提出对地理信息科学发展的意见。     

江河之魂

对于人类文明而言，江河就像是一条条时空通道，把我们从今天引向历史，进入远古，乃至深入生命本原的迷宫之中。     

城市化进程中土地资源配置的认识误区

按照经济学的观点，城市化就是人口在地理上的集中，一是城市人口的增多，在总人口中的比重上升，二是城市建设规模的扩大，是一个从农村经济转变为具有基本对立特征的城市经济变化过程。这种变化既是人口、市场、企业、基础设施在地理上的集中过程，也是工业化发展引起经济发展的一个必然现象。在这种现象的背后，即工业化各种因素的“集中”特点，最直接的效果就是对土地资源的再配置提出了紧迫的要求。作为认识问题，尤其是对于国家土地资源管理部门来说，消除城市化进程中土地资源配置的认识误区，显得尤为重要。     

孤峰青青不纪年

早就听说仙都山有龙须草,黄帝炼丹得仙乘龙飞升,群臣攀龙须,须附而生草.这产仙草的仙山不由得令人神往.这次由楠溪江返程回杭,途中真的到了仙都山.仙都山,古称缙云山,那是因传说轩辕皇帝在鼎湖峰上置炉炼丹时,山的上空有绯红绯紫的五色云缭绕而得名.它属括苍山脉的北支,瓯江支流好溪从山间流过,呈九曲练溪,十里画廊.有奇峰一百六,异洞二十七,人们赞誉它集桂林之秀、黄山之奇、华山之险于一身.面对山门,这"九曲溪"、"十里廊"的长卷山水又如何着手游呢?幸亏有老朋友的领引,解决了这个难题,只花了半天时间,便游历了仙都山的精粹.     

慈利以土地开发整理推进土地流转

近年来，慈利县认真贯彻《土地管理法》及上级土地开发整理、土地流转的有关规定，坚持从实际出发，因地制宜，科学合理实施土地开发整理。2001～2008年间，共实施国家级、省级、市级投资土地开发整理项目124个，建设总规模3795．86公顷，新增耕地面积1498．12公顷，完成总投资10614．72万元，为该县农业产业结构调整、土地流转和规模经营打下了坚实的基础。目前，     

BRINGING FORWARD OF THE CONCEPT OF COGIS AND ITS ARCHITECUTRE RESEARCH

Based on the analysis of the development of GIS technology and application,this paper brought forward the concept of GoGIS,namely Cooperative GIS ,CoGIS is GIS facing group-users and supporting human-human interaction,which makes it differ from the former GISs,Then,the characteristics of general Computer Spport Cooperative Work (CSCW)applications and the complexity of Geographic Information Science were analyzed,and the conclusion the CoGIS was not a simple GIS layer on CSCW was reached,Further,this paper gaver the hierarchical architecture of CoGIS,and analyzed the coperative platform in detail from the following:1)basic elements;2) collaboration patterns;3) cooperation control mechanism;4) synchronization mechanism;5) security and 6) group communication and so on.With those,the problems about GIS applications are discussed,such as 1)distributed multi-source GIS information and knowledge sharing platform;2)the fusion and visualization of GIS information;3)virtual reality cooperative modeling;4) dymamic simulation;5)expert system and 6) decision-making.Finally,this paper analyzed CoGIS application mode in brief.
