现代城市数字测图方法浅析

本文分析比较了目前城市大比例尺数字化测图中主要方法的优缺点，并为实现数字化地形图中不连续线、面状符号及复杂线状符号向GIS的自动化导入，针对电子平板法提出了基础线的概念。对全站仪草图法，提出在全站仪上加挂微型计算机，并用常规摄像方法代替草图。     

基于TC35的远程温度监测报警系统

针对日常生活中因对温度变化的忽视引起的各种问题,提出一种对温度进行远程监测并短信通知用户的系统,以达到向用户进行温度报警的目的.系统主要由STC89C52单片机,液晶显示器1602,温度传感器DS18B20,TC35模块4大部分构成,首先通过温度传感器DS18B20采集当前环境温度,然后利用液晶显示器1602将当前温度显示出来,与此同时单片机判断当前温度值,当前温度超过温度上限值时,单片机控制GSM模块向指定手机号发送一条短信.结果显示,当温度超过设定温度时,指定手机会收到一条报警短信,提醒用户当前的温度超过了温度上限.通过与传统的温度检测系统作对比,系统能够得到较准确的温度检测值其测温误差能够控制在0.4以下,并且通过发送短信来对温度进行远程实时监测.

基于测向测时差云闪定位精度分析及布局优化

针对多站雷电定位系统中的云闪定位问题,建立4站云闪辐射源定位模型。根据探测站探测的云闪电磁波到达的时间和角度信息,结合无源定位理论中的测向测时差定位法,给出云闪定位计算方法和精度评定。利用Maltab,仿真探测站不同布站方式下的云闪定位误差分布情况。通过对比研究,得出最优布站形式,并对最优布站形式的精度影响因素进行分析。结果表明,布站形式、基线长度、探测站高度等因素均可对云闪定位精度产生影响。

一种低噪声硅微条探测器读出电子学系统的设计

硅微条探测器空间分辨率高、工作性能稳定, 广泛地应用于空间高能粒子探测领域. 如费米gamma射线空间望远镜(Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope, FGST)以及阿尔法磁谱仪(Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer 2, AMS-02)的径迹探测器中都采用了高位置分辨率的硅微条探测器. 基于硅微条探测器在空间观测领域的应用前景, 针对硅微条探测器单元设计了一套低噪声的电子学读出系统. 整个电子学系统分为前端电子学、数据获取电路和上位机软件. 前端电子学为提高集成度, 采用了一款电荷读出芯片VATAGP8, 实现了多通道、低噪声的电荷信号测量; 数据获取电路使用现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array, FPGA)实现了对前端电子学的时序控制以及对测量信号的采集控制; 上位机用来接收、处理数据获取电路采集的信号数据. 在对电子学通道的线性、基线、噪声等性能进行测试之后, 得到系统在0--200fC电荷输入范围内的线性增益约为13.41bin/fC, 积分非线性小于1%, 噪声小于0.093fC. 为了验证电子学读出系统对硅微条探测器单元的读出能力, 将两者集成在一起并测试了宇宙线缪子的能量沉积, 得到读出电子学系统的信噪比大于32, 缪子的电离损失能谱与Landau-Gaussian分布符合较好, 能够满足硅微条探测器单元读出电子学的设计要求.     

产业集群对技术创新的影响——以电子信息产业为例

国内外理论界对产业集群和技术创新的关系存在重要争议。以电子信息产业为例,采用统计年鉴、企业调查问卷和深度访谈的数据,运用定量和定性相结合的方法,探索电子信息产业集群对技术创新的推动作用。研究表明,在中国目前的社会经济背景下,单纯的产业集聚对技术创新的推动作用尚不明显。案例研究显示,地理邻近性和企业之间频繁的联系并没有促进相互信任和技术创新。由于知识盗取的现象严重,很多企业并不愿意与本地其他企业建立基于知识和技术方面的联系。大多数被调查的企业都只涉及并不需要复杂知识的"边缘"创新,缺乏寻求外部合作的动力。因此,需要超越目前的集群理论,把更多的研究重点放在特定区域和制度环境下的"企业"个体上,而非企业之间的联系。     

4福建省电子信息产业R＆D投入与产出效益分析

利用福建省电子信息产业大中型以上规模企业2000-2008年的R＆D活动相关数据,对福建省电子信息产业R＆D活动投入产出相关指标及效益进行分析．结果表明：福建省电子信息产业R＆D经费和R＆D人员投入对产出均有明显影响,但R＆D经费投入对于产出增长的贡献更为明显,其弹性系数为0．835．在此基础上,针对性地提出提升福建省电子信息产业R＆D投入产出效益的对策建议,如加大对电子信息产业的资金支持力度,提升R＆D人员投入层次,提高专利产出转化为产值的效率等．     

氢原子钟辅助电子学系统电路设计改进

氢原子钟辅助电子学系统已稳定工作多年,但是与目前的先进技术相比,原来的设计理念已显陈旧,同时暴露出外围电路庞杂、故障点比较多、问题查找困难等诸多问题;运用ARM+FPGA模式对电路进行了改进,其中运用12 bit高精度模数转换芯片实现参数采样,数字化设计改进氢原子钟智能温度控制系统,采用直接数字式频率合成器(Direct Digital Synthesizer,DDS)技术设计产生综合器频率信号,简化设计实现氢原子钟的通信功能;从测试结果来看,提高了参数的采样精度,数字化的智能温控模式实现了温度的自动化智能调整,直接式频率合成器技术简化了设计电路,基于i Coupler磁隔离技术的隔离型RS-232接口收发器设计提高了接口的稳定性;从整体设计来看,大大简化了设计电路,提高了系统性能及可靠性。
