现代社会,面对高危或人类无法到达的区域,如森林火场现场视查、地震灾情查看、城市等狭窄地段的高楼消防救灾、核辐射现场勘察检测等,基于无人机的无线通信系统,由于体积小和机动灵活,通过信息传感采集、视频现场捕捉,能安全、有效地获取现场灾情情况信息。然后数据通过中继传到后台,存入后台数据库。利用采集到的现场信息与Arc GIS Server发布的GIS相关服务,通过Arc GIS API for Flex对数据进行快速分析处理,使采集信息可视化,同时进行突发灾害模拟预测,准确定位事发地点,评价灾害影响范围,查找救援最短路径等。本文设计并实现了基于无人机突发灾害监控与决策系统,同时重点介绍系统的设计、组网的关键技术、视频压缩、基于GIS的数据处理与分析以及系统实现的功能。  相似文献

快速发展的赛博空间和网络技术使得WebGIS日益关注。文章介绍了以ArcSDE为空间数据库,利用ArcIMS/HTML Viewer模板生成WebGIS地图引擎,并定制了基本的缩放、漫游、查询、缓冲区分析等GIS功能。在此基础上利用HTML和JavaScript语言进行二次开发实现特定的条件下的GIS查询功能。同时结合Asp.NET开发,利用ArcEngine和VB对服务器端进行二次开发监控数据库,最终实现空间数据库中空间数据的修改、添加和删除等更新功能。  相似文献

Abstract

A major concept in urban geography deals with determining the spheres of influence for urban centers. This paper describes an instructional module used in two different geography courses showing students how a model might be developed to measure spheres of influence for multiple urban centers within a given region. A geographic information system (GIS) is employed throughout the development of the model. This module is incorporated into a traditional undergraduate urban geography course and a beginning GIS course. The software packages used are MapViewer and Grapher. The region is the Mississippi Lowlands with five urban centers: New Orlenas, Memphis, Little Rock, Jackson, and Baton Rouge. Keywords: GIS, spheres of influence, MapViewer, urban geography.  相似文献

This commentary uses Google Books N‐grams to briefly explore the changing use of the word geomorphology in books published in British English and American English. Both show a decline in the use of the term geomorphology in recent years. A singular feature of the British data is a very sharp rise and fall in the use of term geomorphology in books published since 1980. The steep falling limb (post 1993) of this curve is of particular concern and several possible explanations are put forward including, since 1986, the influence exerted by Research Assessment Exercises on publication practice in UK universities. The N‐gram trends pose important questions for all geomorphologists and we should monitor them to gain a better understanding of where we need to be most visible to ensure the long‐term health of our discipline. The evolution of terminology in a given field of science and technology is a good indicator of the context in which inventions originated and how concepts have evolved.This is the case of photogrammetry,remote sensing and related methods,whose terminology evolved,first under the influence of the early inventors Laussedat and Meydenbauer,in French and German,respectively,and then in English and other languages as an international professional community developed.The development of space remote sensing and analytical photogram-metry led to the modification of old concepts and the renewal of terminology,and more recently,the advent of digital photography has blurred the boundaries between different fields and the meaning of the terms.This article proposes an analysis of the evolution of technical terms through the Google Ngram Viewer tool,which allows the visualization of the occurrence of terms in documents accessible on the web.Despite its biases,this tool allows an interpreta-tion of the evolution of the terminology over a long period of time,as well as a comparison of the evolution observed in the different languages.In particular,it makes it possible to highlight the periods when these methods were very popular,as well as a recent decline in the use of classical terms such as photogrammetry and remote sensing in favor of a new vocabulary,due to the blurring of boundaries between disciplines and to the emergence of new solutions related to UAVs,computer vision,etc.,which have renewed the potential of classical methods.  相似文献
