基于圆特征的地图要素自动综合算法研究

分析了目前地图综合的地位、作用和发展情况,介绍了“优胜劣汰”思想,分析对比出自然界“优胜劣汰”基本思想和地图制图综合在某些方面存在共同的相似之处,从而尝试把它运用到地图制图综合中来,并结合Circle技术及其基本特点,提出了基于Circle原理和“优胜劣汰”思想的地图综合新算法,在地图综合的选取、化简、合并等方面得到了较好的应用,相应的例子在文中详细地进行了列举。     

基于不同GCP数量和获取方法的数字正射影像的制作与评定

SPOT-5影像的高分辨率和高信息量的性质,使其得到了广泛的应用,特别是在全国第二次土地利用调查中得到了更加深入的应用。而数字正射影像的制作是SPOT-5遥感影像应用的关键所在。本文在介绍DOM制作的基础上,依据当前获取GCP主要的三种途径采用ERDAS遥感图像处理软件进行了实验,并对最终的结果精度进行分析,总结了DOM制作过程的相关问题。

Virtual vegetables and adopted sheep: ethical relation, authenticity and Internet-mediated food production technologies

Associating ideas related to cultural geographies of 'quality' food production and consumption with recent discussion of Internet technologies, virtuality and simulation, this paper examines two newly constituted Internet enterprises offering customers 'virtual' experiences of food production, and 'quality' food products in which they have invested. The paper shows how these enterprises are associated with particular types of geographical and ethical relation, and a search for 'authentic', connected, relationships with food, farming, locality and 'nature'. These relationships are constituted in an assemblage of things held together by flows of food, products, money and electronic communication. The paper ends by suggesting a number of theoretical ideas that might usefully be explored in empirical research into Internet-mediated food production.     

在MapInfo中实现区域对象样点布设功能

随着GIS在森林资源管理中应用的不断深入，在GIS系统中实现林业专业抽样设计功能是非常必要的。本文使用MapBasic鳊程语言实现三种样点布设功能。操作时，用鼠标点击欲布样点区域，在弹出对话框中作出回答，就能得到样点布设图和样点坐标表。     

COUNTERHEGEMONIC DISCOURSES AND THE INTERNET

ABSTRACT. Contrary to much of the hype that posits cyberspace as the uncontested domain of rugged individualists, computer networks and traffic exhibit deeply social and political roots. The Internet is neither inherently oppressive nor automatically emancipatory; it is a terrain of contested philosophies and politics. After a brief review of the politics of electronic knowledge, we discuss the ways in which the Internet can be harnessed for counterhegemonic (antiestablishment) political ends. We focus on progressive uses, including the confrontation of nomadic power and rhizomic power structures, in which the local becomes the global. We also offer an encapsulation of right-wing uses. Throughout, we see cyberactivism as a necessary, but not sufficient, complement to real-world struggles on behalf of the disempowered.     

基于GIS的山区年均温分布模拟与制图

针对某些下垫面复杂而气象站(哨)有限的山区,用地理信息系统(GIS)和气温推算数学模型相结合,来获取全域的年均温分布栅格图和等值线矢量图。以龙游县为例,说明了该方法从数学模型、因素图输入、图层格式转换、图幅叠置分析等一系列技术步骤。
