谈北海市的水资源

北海市，因其得天独厚的自然资源与区位优势，被列入我国改革开放最早的14个沿海城市之一，这其中，也得益于较丰富的淡水资源，特别是低成本开发的地下水资源。在开放初期，它为当地政府节约了十分宝贵的资金，在北海的发展中，功不可没。但容易得来的“资源”，也带来了一些负面效应，使人错认为地下水资源是取之不尽用     

Characters of the Pco2 and CO2 Flux in the East China Sea in Autumn

Pco2 of air and seawater samples from the East China Sea(ECS) were measured in situ in autumn, 1994,Ocean currents,terrestrial fluviation,biological activities,etc.,Pco2 char-acters in air and seawater were investigated,CO2 flux and its character in the East China Sea are discussed on the basis of the Pco2 profiles of air and seawater,It was clear that the nearshore was the source of CO2;and tht the oulter sea area was the sink of CO2; and that the shelf area of the EXS is a net sink for atmospheric CO2 in autumn.     

几株有益芽孢杆菌对温度、制粒工艺及pH值的耐受性

报道了实验室分离、筛选的5株有益芽孢杆菌对温度、对虾饲料制粒工艺流程和pH值的耐受性。结果表明，5株芽孢杆菌经80℃水浴40min后全部存活，90℃水浴20min有35％-70％存活，100℃水浴10min仍有30％-50％存活，显示所筛选的5株芽孢杆菌对高温有较强的耐受力；在对虾饲料中添加5株芽孢杆菌，经整个生产工艺流程后芽孢杆菌存活95％，烘干后芽孢杆菌存活93％，说明杆菌能够承受饲料制粒生产中压力、温度和水分的变化；当pH值为3．8、4．6、5．2时，分别有l、3、5株菌能繁殖，pH值6．0-8．5时，5株菌生长旺盛，将5株菌经pH值2．2—4．6处理1h，再接种在pH值7．2的培养基可以良好生长，说明杆菌在酸性环境中生长性能较差，在弱酸性和碱性环境中生长旺盛；能耐受酸性环境而存活，再给予适宜环境即能良好生长。5株芽孢杆菌具有作为水产硬颗粒饲料专用益生素菌株的优势。     

Development and Extension of Seawater Desalination by Reverse Osmosis

Seawater desalination has been people‘s fond dream since ancient times,the dream is now becoming a reality.This paper presents a brief development history of reverse osmosis.Much attention was paid to innovative development in mebranes,modules.equipments and applied technology,including asymmetric and composite membranes,spiral-wound element and hollow fiber module,energy recovery equipments and different technological processes.The extension of reverse osmosis,such as desalination,pre-concentration,integrated processes and nanofiltration,is also briefly mentioned.     

红海及亚丁湾间之海水交换

分析表观耗氧量、滴定碱度及总二氧化碳量等资料来研判红海及亚丁湾间之海水交换。结果显示,红海深层水的方解石及霰石饱和度均比亚丁湾和阿拉伯海深层水的饱和度高。红海全水柱之方解石和霰石都处於过饱和状态,亚丁湾和阿拉伯海中各深度之方解石亦呈过饱和状态,但霰石的饱和探度则大约在500m左右。分析深层水之生物体无机碳与有机碳的分解比值,可以发现此地区深层水中,大约有25％的总二氧化碳增加量是由无机碳酸钙溶解而来。
