1.空间数据“超级市场”为了方便广大用户查找地理空间数据及有关空间数据加工处理的服务,国内外正在大力发展基于因特网的地理空间信息交换与服务系统,数据提供者可以通过这一系统向用户提供数据和服务,或提供关于数据和服务的信息,帮助用户了解现有的地理空间数据和服务;而用户借助于这种网上系统,寻找和获取感兴趣的空间数据或服务。目前,世界上许多国家和地区以及国际性或区域性组织都已经或正在建立这样的系统。这实际上是通过网络把用户和数据生产单位联系在一起,形成一个由数据用户和数据生产单位或销售部门共同参与的网络化的空间数据“超级市场”。

<正>Dear Editorial Board Members, Contributors and Friends of EEEV, As we putting together a special section on the Great Wenchuan earthquake, the nearby Ya'an/Lushan area was struck by another major earthquake almost five years later. Preliminary reports indicate that this recent event appear to have certain special characteristics such as the large affected area and changing geotechnical/geological configurations of the ground although its ground motion intensity comparably was smaller than the Wenchuan earthquake.     

MAPGIS OLE DB提供者的设计与实现

OLE DB是微软公司的通用数据存取策略(UDA)的重要组成部分, 简要介绍了OLE DB在UDA中的地位和作用, 以及OLE DB提供者的基本原理.针对MAPGIS地理信息系统用Ⅵ-SUALC+ + ATL设计了一个OLE DB提供者, 该提供者能够根据MAPGIS数据的结构动态读取常规类型的字段值.重点介绍了该OLE DB提供者的数据源对象、会话对象、命令对象和行集对象的设计方法.该OLE DB提供者是一个只读型的提供者, 它比较适合于只对数据进行查询的应用, 在VB环境下能够进行快速开发, 甚至不用编程便能够提取MAPGIS数据进行表格输出或自动生成发布网页.      

政府在海洋环境公共产品供给中的角色定位分析

长期以来,我国政府在海洋公共产品领域中,既是生产者,又是提供者.但随着海洋开发与管理的拓展和深入,面对环境的不确定性与信息的不完全性,政府难以使海洋资源的配置达到帕累托最优,导致海洋环境公共产品出现供给不适或不足.为此,需要在对海洋环境公共产品的内涵进行深入研究的同时,重新界定政府在海洋环境公共产品生产与提供中的基本职能范围,以此促进海洋环境管理事业的发展.
