Characters of the Pco2 and CO2 Flux in the East China Sea in Autumn

Pco2 of air and seawater samples from the East China Sea(ECS) were measured in situ in autumn, 1994,Ocean currents,terrestrial fluviation,biological activities,etc.,Pco2 char-acters in air and seawater were investigated,CO2 flux and its character in the East China Sea are discussed on the basis of the Pco2 profiles of air and seawater,It was clear that the nearshore was the source of CO2;and tht the oulter sea area was the sink of CO2; and that the shelf area of the EXS is a net sink for atmospheric CO2 in autumn.

激变变星0623＋71的光谱研究

本文提出了激变变星０６２３十７１的４个时间分辨光谱，覆盖轨道周期的７３％．其中的３个谱清楚地显示了各种光谱特征随轨道运动的变化，在流量、能谱以及谱线轮廓方面的这种变化正是对一个倾角不太大的激变变星所期望的．然而另一个曝光对分钟的谱，流量和视向速度与预期的相比都太大，很难加以解释，可能它是一次象ＡＥＡｑｒ中观测到的跃发事件．     

激变食变星PG0027+260的CCD光变曲线

我们于1989年11月30日晚对PG0027+260进行了时间分辨率为108秒的高速CCD测光,得到了一条完整的光变曲线,从而确认其为激变食变星系统,轨道周期0.146~d     

Challenging a Paradigm: Do We Need Active and Inactive Areas to Account for Near-Nuclear Jet Activity?

We briefly describe an advanced 3D gas dynamical model developed for the simulation of theenvironment of active cometary nuclei. The model canhandle realistic nucleus shapes and alternative physical models for the gas and dust production mechanism.The inner gas coma structure is computed by solving self-consistently(a) near to the surface the Boltzman Equation(b) outside of it, Euler or Navier-Stokes equations.The dust distribution is computed from multifluid ``zero-temperature' Euler equations,extrapolated with the help of a Keplerian fountain model.The evolution of the coma during the nucleus orbital and spin motion,is computed as a succession of quasi-steady solutions. Earlier versions of the model using simple,``paedagogic' nuclei have demonstrated that the surface orographyand the surface inhomogeneity contribute similarly to structuring the near-nucleusgas and dust coma,casting a shadow on the automatic attribution of such structures to ``active areas'.The model was recently applied to comet P/Halley, for whichthe nucleus shape is available. In the companion paper of this volume,we show that most near-nucleus dust structuresobserved during the 1986 Halley flybys are reproduced, assuming that the nucleus is strictly homogeneous. Here, we investigate the effect of shape perturbations and homogeneityperturbations. We show that the near nucleus gas coma structure is robust vis-a-vissuch effects. In particular, a random distribution of active and inactive areaswould not affect considerably this structure, suggesting that such areas,even if present, could not be easily identified on images of the coma.     

Development of two novel CYP-antibodies and their use in a PCB exposure experiment with Mytilus edulis

In an attempt to learn more about the cytochrome P450 (CYP) system of mussels, we used protein databases and alignment software to extract highly conserved CYP sequences. From these alignments synthetic peptides were produced and used for rabbit immunisation, which yielded polyclonal antibodies against the CYP families 2 and 4. The antibodies were evaluated with Western Blot and ELISA assays, using digestive gland microsomal samples from the mussel Mytilus edulis. Western Blots revealed immunoreactions for both antibodies. The anti-CYP2 sequence rendered one major immunopositive protein of ≈49 kDa size, and weak signals for proteins of ≈41 and 56 kDa size. The anti-CYP4 sequence rendered two major bands of ≈56 and 59 kDa size, and also a weak immunoreaction with a protein of ≈43 kDa size. ELISA rendered only weak signals even with a 1:50 dilution of IgG-purified serum. A 10-day exposure to Aroclor 1254 did not appear to affect any of the immunopositive proteins, while total PCBs in soft bodies increased from 14–40 ng/g DW in controls to 373–638 ng/g DW in exposed mussels.     

紫菜一新种——福建紫菜的研究

于1978年1月在福建莆田县乐屿岛采集紫菜属标本,进行分类研究。经鉴定表明,其中一种系新种,定名为福建紫菜Porphyra fujianensis sp.nov.。分类方法见曾呈奎等(1962)。本种特征为:藻体长带状,边缘细胞为刺缘型;雌雄同体,精子囊器与果孢子囊成条状或块状,混生或呈镶嵌式分布,形似条斑紫菜;精子囊器分裂式为(?)A_4B_4C_4,果孢子囊分裂式为♀A_2B_4c_2;藻体产生单孢子,进行无性繁殖。模式标本存放于厦门水产学院养殖系。
