油田回注水催化电解杀菌与次氯酸钠杀菌在杀菌机理、效果及应用成本3方面的对比结果表明,催化电解产生有效氯是主要的杀菌机理.催化电解产生的有效氯质量浓度与电解时间呈线性关系,杀菌率随着有效氯质量浓度的增大而增大.定量杀菌的对比结果表明,油田回注水催化电解杀菌比次氯酸钠杀菌效果好,且不须投加任何药剂,只消耗电能,运行成本低.  相似文献

光激发的臭氧是使用波长低于180nm的光量子激发氧分子(O2)而产生的,与常规的地臭氧的区别是:光臭氧为呈碱性负离子状态的气流,它的氧化电势为2.60V,不呈现氮氧化物,在水中的半衰期超过2h,是极强的氧化剂,其杀菌消毒效果远高于常用消毒剂。它可以一次同时完成杀菌消毒、净化水质和增氧三大任务,而且不产生二次污染,是当前水产养殖中水质消毒净化的理想物质具有极其广泛的推广应用前景。  相似文献

An understanding of groundwater flow and chemistry is important to operate underground storage caverns. Groundwater flow is mainly affected by cavern operating conditions. Groundwater chemistry is modified by disinfection activities for removing possible biological clogging and by mixing with cement pore water. It is important to discern these two effects, because wells affected by the disinfection activities may have hydrological connections with water curtains used to inject the disinfectant. However, it is difficult to separate these two effects using graphical methods because of their similar chemical characteristics. Instead, multivariate statistical analysis, such as principal component analysis (PCA) and factor analysis (FA), can be used. Groundwater samples for chemical analysis were obtained from four surveys in 1999–2000. Based on the results from PCA and FA, it appears that there were temporal variations of seepage water into the propane area when the cavern operation fluctuated, but we could not observe such variation in the butane area. These changes may occur mainly at depth, where water flow is slow and water renewal in the cavern surrounding is limited. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Knowledge of phosphorus (P) variation regularity of sediment-water system has important influence on water pollution. Thus P variation regularity of top-sediment affected by some factors such as type of sediment (sandy and silty), background value of sediment, P concentration of overlaying water, inhibiter, disinfection, was investigated. The results stated that, (1) P in the sandy sediment occurred mainly in the form of insoluble P. Silty sediment with a low background level has higher dissoluble total phosphorus (DTP) content than silty sediment with a high background level. (2) Low-P primary liquid has low TP and DTP contents, TP in the overlying water was rich in DTP. While TP in overlying water of high P primary liquid was rich in insoluble total phosphorus (ITP). Overlying water of adding inhibitor set has high TP, dominated by ITP. TP in overlying water of no inhibitor set was dominated by DTP. Adding inhibitor set has obviously high pH value and tallish DO concentration in overlying water than in no inhibitor set. Disinfection set has high Pcontent in overlying water, DTP content is high. DO and ORP in overlying water of non-disinfection set were obviously higher than in that disinfection set.  相似文献

The concentration of suspended solids in the secondary effluent often varies widely, leading to frequent adjustment of the UV dosage to meet the disinfection criterion. In addition, a desired disinfection rate is difficult to achieve sometimes. The authors studied the particle size distribution, contribution of particle-associated Fecal Coliform (F. C. ), and their influences on UV disinfection. A combined disinfection process (chlorination with a subsequent UV disinfection) was tested to improve the disinfection effect. The results indicated that the content of suspended solids, especially that of large particles, has a strong impact on UV disinfection efficiency; D〉 10 μm particles associated F.C. are difficult to be disinfected and are the main part of the tailings of F.C. inactivation curves. Pre-chlorination could decrease the number of particles in the secondary effluent and transform the large particles into small ones, reducing the influence of particles on UV disinfection and enhancing the resistance ability of the combined process to particle loading.  相似文献

过氧化氢(H2O2)等活性氧(ROS)物质因具有绿色高效的特点,在废水处理、杀菌消毒等领域受到研究者广泛关注。利用电催化生成H2O2是一种实时提供活性氧物质的有用方法。然而,目前报道的大多数高性能催化材料都是粉体形式,不便于在实际场景中的应用。因此,制备可直接应用的电极材料显得尤为重要。本研究利用喷涂-热解的制备方法,制备了高活性氧催化活性的氧化炭黑(O−CB)/多孔碳毡电极,通过聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)的修饰优化电极表面的氧气传质,成功制备氧掺杂碳气体扩散电极。研究结果表明,O−CB/PTFE-5 wt%电极具有最高的催化性能,其合成H2O2的速率达27.19 mg·L-1(mg catalyst)-1·cm-1·h-1。海洋典型污损微生物假单胞菌(Pseudomonas sp.)的抗菌实验表明,该电极电催化作用60 min产生的活性氧对Pseudomonas sp.的杀菌率可达到97.69%,作用120 min的杀菌率可达到99.99%。  相似文献

环境中持久性有机污染物(POPs)、药物及个人护理品(PPCPs)和消毒水副产物(DBPs)等新型有机污染物对生态环境和人体健康具有潜在威胁,研究其来源、检测方法、环境分布和迁移转化已经成为热点。新型有机污染物组成复杂,如短链氯化石蜡有7000多种同类物,采用传统分析手段无法实现分离,对这些物质的准确定性和定量面临挑战。近年来在新型有机污染物检测技术开发方面已取得较大进展:根据待测样品的性质可使用快速溶剂萃取、固相微萃取等多种提取方法,凝胶渗透色谱、多层复合层析柱和固相萃取柱是有效的净化手段,采用气相色谱-质谱或液相色谱-质谱实现了对指示性单体准确定性定量,检出限可达ng/g级。但对于环境影响较大的新型有机污染物如手性多氯联苯(PCBs),由于各手性PCBs单体之间在分离过程中发生峰共溢现象,需要应用专门的手性色谱柱进行分析,尚未建立可靠的检测方法。本文认为,一方面需要探索磁性固相基质分散萃取技术等高效的前处理技术对干扰物质进行有效分离;另一方面需要提高全二维气相/液相色谱、傅里叶变换质谱等色谱/质谱检测技术的识别性和灵敏度,开发出简便、标准化的定量方法。  相似文献

本文试验了几种药物对中国对虾卵子表面细菌的杀灭力以及卵子对消毒药物的耐受力。试验结果表明,利用适当浓度的药物对卵子消毒可以消除病原体的来源和传播途径,减少对虾育期各种疾病的发生而又不致于对卵子的孵化率产生显著影响。  相似文献
