SHORT COMMUNICATION TARGET FACTOR ANALYSIS:UV SPECTROPHOTOMETRY FOR THE SIMULTANEOUS DETERMINATION OF SIX AMINO ACIDS

The UV spectra of mixture solutions consisting of tyrosine,tryptophane,phenylalanine,cystine,histidineand 3,4-dihydroxyl phenylalanine have been measured.The numbers,identities and concentrations of theamino acids in the mixtures have been determined successfully using target factor analysis.The effectsof the wavelength range and the selected sampling interval on the results are discussed.Twenty-fivesynthetic mixture samples have been analysed successfully.The average recoveries are 98·9 for Tyr,96·5for Trp,105·6 for Phe,98·1 for Cys,98·9 for His and 106·4 for Di-phe.The results obtained are ingood agreement with those obtained by the Kalman filter method.

借助ArcGIS软件的空间统计分析功能,对矿体主要参数进行分析,获得矿体空间特征。认为铅和锌品位具有明显的正相关,品位与厚度也属正相关。在此基础上对矿区找矿远景区进行初步圈定,为探矿工程的布置提供依据。     

Unequal Competition Among Chains of Supercenters: Kmart,Target, and Wal‐Mart

The three largest discount chains, Kmart, Target, and Wal‐Mart, have adopted the supercenter format for expansion. This article examines the locations of and the competition among these supercenters. Wal‐Mart has the greatest number of supercenters and is driving the expansion of the supercenter format. Both Kmart and Target have clustered their supercenters in a small number of metropolitan markets. In contrast to Wal‐Mart and Kmart, Target has focused on a middle‐class rather than a blue‐collar clientele. Now Kmart is struggling following a declaration of bankruptcy. Wal‐Mart has largely defeated its supercenter competitors and now is confronting the major grocery chains for grocery sales.

Quality Requirements for Fresh Waters: Water Quality Targets, Water Quality Objectives, and Chemical Water Quality Classification In the Federal Republic of Germany, water quality requirements for the protection of inland surface waters against hazardous substances are formulated on the basis of a quality targets derivation concept developed jointly by the Federal Government and the Federal States. The quality requirements were termed “water quality targets” in order to make it clear that the values derived are orientational values rather than legally binding limit values. The international comparison of quality requirements for surface waters shows that, on the whole, the national quality targets ensure a high level of protection. According to present scientific knowledge, impairments of uses, such as supply of drinking water, or risks to aquatic communities need not to be expected if the quality targets are complied with. A comparison of water quality data with the water quality targets makes it possible, on the one hand, to identify those substances whose inputs must be further reduced; on the other hand, it also shows that, for a number of substances, there is no need at present for concern over their adversely water quality. A further differentiation of the aquatic hazard potential of pollutants allows a water quality classification system to be developed on the basis of the quality targets derivation concept. The basic elements of this water quality classification system are presented, and its application is explained by way of examples.     

恩洪-老厂地区煤层气成藏条件研究

煤层气盆地、煤层气系统、煤层气区带的存在及发育程度是煤层气藏形成的充分与必要条件。恩洪盆地和老厂一圭山盆地老厂煤矿区具备了形成煤层气藏的条件。研究其形成煤层气藏的特定条件，总结其煤层气藏模式，是煤层气勘探目标评价的基础。     

甘肃镜铁山铁铜矿成矿条件及找矿预测

在讨论镜铁山铁铜矿床成矿机制的基础上，分析了区内成矿地质条件，进而进行了找矿预测。     

成矿预测研究现状及发展趋势

随着地表露头矿，易识别矿越来越少，找矿难度越来越大。GIS高新技术普及应用，为成矿预测展示了新的前景。本文通过成矿预测发展历史的回顾，概述今后一段时期地勘行业成矿预测的主要思路：在新的成矿理论指导下，借助GIS技术，实现科学化，系统化，信息化，动态化和可视化多源信息综合预测找矿，为普查立项提供依据，并提出了具体工作步骤。     

湖州台的近震监测能力

本文根据湖州地震台DD-1地震仪记录的1980—1990年期间Δ<500km的近震资料和仪器放大倍率,利用理论计算Δ—Mmin曲线,b值检验3种方法,对湖州台的近震监测能力进行了估算和评价,得出了该台对目标监测区域内的有效监测震级。最后对区域地震台站的近震监测能力进行了讨论。
