A STUDY ON LAND SYSTEM INNOVATIONS IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF SMALL TOWNS IN CHINA

The economic development in China and the rising of the living standard need to speed up the urbanisa-tion.The development of small towns is an important way to Chinese urbanization.Land use plays a very important role in the development of small towns.However there are many problems in the development of small towns,esp.in land use.The paper first discusses the land problems in the development of small towns.Such as much cultivated land lies idle,under-utilization and waste of land,increasing illegal use of land,unstable contractural relationship for land use.The relationship between the development of small towns and land use is also studied.Then the guidelines for the land system innovations of small towns are put forward.Namely the sustainability of social and economic development,the bal-ance between land reservation and land utilization,the provision of service to village ,agriculture and farmer,the manage-ment of land resource and land assets,the parsimonious andlegal use of land.The basic framework of land system innova-tions of small towns is put forward finally.It include the land replacement policy for small towns and the permanent tenan-cy of farmland,the overall plan for land uses and other plans in harmony,the establishment of a flexible system of land supplies,using land with payments ,the transfer of agricultural land and refining the land law related to the construction of small towns.     

蜕壳素对凡纳滨对虾生长及表观消化率的影响

研究了外源性蜕皮激素对凡纳滨对虾生长和表观消化率的影响 ,实验时在基础饲料中分别添加 0 .1%、0 .2 %、0 .4 %的两种市售蜕壳素产品 ,制成 6种外源性脱壳素配合饲料 ,不添加的基础饲料作为对照组 ,试验在 2 6 0L玻璃钢循环水养殖系统中 ,每个剂量组设 3个重复 ,8周生长试验结果表明 :市售蜕壳素产品能有效地促进对虾生长 ,试验结束时 ,试验组虾体增重分别较对照组增加 16 .8%、7.5 2 %、5 .9%、11.4 %、2 9.0 7%、16 .5 3% ,但是凡纳滨对虾对饲料粗蛋白的表观消化率没有明显地提高 ,凡纳滨对虾对脂肪的表观消化率较低。推算凡纳滨对虾饲料中最佳蜕皮酮添加量为 6 0mg/kg。     

β-蜕皮激素和水龙骨素B的混合物对促进对虾蜕皮生长的作用

本文采用了对虾Penaeus orientalis人工配合饵料中添加蜕皮激素混合物的方法,试验β-蜕皮激素和水龙骨素B(2:1)的混合物促进对虾蜕皮生长的作用.经实验证明:饵料中添加蜕皮激素1.33-30μg/g,均可不同程度地促进蜕皮生长,然而以每克饵料添加5.33-10.67μg较为显著.相反,若含量达到60μg/g就会抑制对虾蜕皮生长,乃至中毒.食用添加蜕皮激素混合物(10.67μg/g)的饵料促进蜕皮生长的虾,其水分、灰分及蛋白含量,经测定无明显差异.     

不同软基处理方法适用性比较

总结分析了国内外现有的软土地基处理的各种方法。通过对采用不同方法进行软基处理的工程实例处理效果的定量对比，发现不同软基处理方法的适用性差异很大，多数工程中仅用一种方法很难达到设计要求，而两种或多种方法联合则可望取得更好的效果。     

混凝土的渗透性与耐久性

渗透性是混凝土耐久性中最重要的内容。论述了混凝土耐久性的影响因素、研究方法 ,以及混凝土渗透机理和渗透性与耐久性的关系。     

海带中细胞激动素的纯化分离方法

海带样品于 2 0 0 1年采自青岛太平角海湾 ,用三种不同方法处理样品 ,通过对实验方法及条件的筛选 ,确立了提取、纯化和分离海带中细胞激动素的方法步骤和流程。结果表明 ,最佳方法的基本步骤为 :( 1 )用甲醇∶水∶醋酸 ( 70∶ 30∶ 3,V/V/V)从海带组织中提取出细胞激动素 ,再用PVPP柱去除提取液中的酚类和其他杂质 ;( 2 )将提取液通过连在一起的PVPP柱、DEAE柱和C1 8柱 ,以纯化样品并同时从自由基、核苷、核苷酸和葡糖苷型细胞激动素混合物中分离出核苷酸型细胞激动素 ;( 3)用接有氨基柱的正相液相色谱进一步将葡糖苷型细胞激动素分离出来 ;( 4 )用C1 8液相色谱柱分离其他各种细胞激动素     

Metabolites from mangrove endophytic fungus Dothiorella sp.

Mangroves are special woody plant communities in the intertidal zone of tropical and subtropical coasts. They prove to be a natural microorganisms and new metabolites storage. In the study of mangrove endophytic fungi metabolites, four new compounds, Compounds 1, 2, 3 and 4, as well as a known octaketide, cytosporone B (5), are isolated from an endophytic fungus, Dothiorella sp., HTF3. They all show cytotoxic activities. The elucidation of these structures is mainly based on 1D/2D NMR and ESI-MS spectral analyses.     

Experimental Study on Friction Coefficient Between Concrete and the Top Surface of Rubble Mound Foundation

Experimental studies on the friction coefficient between concrete and the top surface of a rubble mound foundation in China are reviewed. Through comparison of different test results, the development of this research is comprehensively analyzed. An experiment is carried out in the condition similar to prototype. The process curve of friction coefficient with the test block sliding is analyzed and a standard for determination of the friction coetfficient is defined. The variation features of the friction coefficient are analyzed on the basis of the present experimental results and other studies in China. It is shown that the friction coettfficient between concrete and the top surface of a rubble mound foundation decreases with the increase of the foundation pressure, and the friction coettqcient for a very fine leveling bed is smaller than that for a fine leveling bed.
