FEASIBLE STUDY ON THE INTEGRATION SYSTEM FOR THE SPACE MONITORING OF MAJOR EARTHQUAKES AND VOLCANOES IN TERRESTRIAL LAND

With the rapid development of space technology, earth observation technology and sky observatory technolo-gy, they have played a more and more important part in monitoring and predicting of earthquakes and volcanoes in the terres-trial land. In recent years, the related agencies have done the experiments and researches on monitoring and predicting ofearthquakes and volcanoes in the forewarning period by means of many approaches, such as satellite thermal infrared re-mote sensing (TIRS), Global Positioning System (GPS), differential interferometric synthesis aperture radar (D-INSAR),astronomical time-latitude residual anomaly, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), etc. A quite large number of re-search foundation has been built in the fundamental theories and application methods. The experiments and researcheshave shown that these technology is efficient methods for high frequency crust movement. If the existed separate scientificforces and results are possibly assembled together to form a more complete integration monitoring system with the combina-tion of space, sky observation, ground, deep geology and macro anomaly, it will come into a new stage of monitoring andpredicting of earthquakes and volcanic eruptions.     

新疆博斯腾湖沉积岩心的~(210)Pb、~(228)Th、~(239,240)Pu和~3H的分布及意义

作者测定了博斯腾湖沉积岩心~(210)Pb、~(228)Th和核试验释放核素~(239,240)Pu、~3H的分布,并据~(210)Pb、~(228)Th、~(239,240)Pu的结果估算湖泊的沉积速率,分别为0.31cm/a,0.26cm/a和0.33cm/a。它表明该湖泊近百年来沉积环境十分稳定。沉积物岩心极好地保存了人类大气核试验的历史记录。~(239,240)Pu分布在1963±2出现峰值,与60年代核试验高峰期相当吻合。沉积物孔隙水~3H分布的峰值出现在1969年,与湖水的混合过程有关。     

莱州湾南岸潍河下游地区咸水入侵灾害成因及特征

通过对莱州湾南岸咸水入侵较严重地潍河下游地区晚更新世以来沉积特征及现代自然环境条件变化的分析，探讨了沉积相对咸水入侵产生及空间范围特征的环境机理。晚更新世以来的三次海平面升降变化造成了潍河下游地区海陆沉积环境交替，形成了巨厚的海陆交互相沉积层。海进时期，大面积的滨海平原被淹没，在近海平原洼地滞留的海水经过蒸发、浓缩变为卤水，成为咸水入侵的物源；海退后陆源碎屑在滨海地区沉积形成了巨厚的古河道砂层。20世纪70年代末期以来，随着对地下淡水的过度开采，淡咸水水头压力差减小．卤水通过古河道砂层快速南侵。通过对潍河下游地区100余个地质钻孔水化学连续监测资料分析，阐明了咸水入侵的特征，有针对性地提出了咸水入侵的防治措施。     

分析原因落实措施切实做好群众来信来访工作

近几年来,国土资源管理工作方面的信访量呈不断上升的趋势,并逐步发展为由个体访转为集体访,按级访转为越级访,还有少量人员择机进行上访.2003年,长兴县信访量排名全省第50位,今年1-3月份,到省以上进行上访的5批/15人次,信访8件,比去年有较大幅度提高,到市、县上访也比较多.目前反映比较突出的地方有雉城的柏家浜村、三星村,吕山乡的金村村,小浦石地弄自然村,李家巷石泉村,白岘乡的康达公司征地以及其他个别乡镇的个别村.综观国土资源的信访工作,集中表现在征地、拆迁、农民利益保障、矿产资源开采利用等热点问题.造成信访量不断上升的原因是多方面的,既有主观的,又有客观的;既有历史的,又有改革和发展带来的矛盾;既有个别群众的素质问题,又有依法行政方面的原因.     

梦想晚白垩纪公园

晚白垩纪是地质学的一个新名词,距今大约五千万至七千万年. 轻轻的,我像往常一样走进这片熟悉的土地.如果没有人告诉我,脚下这块偌大的冲击盆地在白垩纪早期竟是一个碧波荡漾的湖泊,很难想象它有多么的古老.     

22nd IAS Meeting of Sedimentology

The 22nd IAS Meeting of Sedimentology was held in the Convention Centre of the Grand Hotel Adriatic, in a small touristic town Opatija, located on the eastern Adriatic coast where Central Europe and the Mediterranean meet. It was the second IAS Meeting held in Croatia--the first one, 4th IAS Regional Meeting of Sedimentology, was held in Split in 1983. The Meeting in Opatija was organized by the Institute of Geology (Zagreb) and the Croatian Geological Society. The sponsor was Ministry of Science and Technology of the Reoublic of Croatia.     

花岗岩与海底火山熔岩

在郑州开往南阳的汽车上,老师给我们介绍了花岗岩,还搬出了标本让我们认识。老师告诉我们,花岗岩是由长石、石英和云母三种主要矿物组成,是地下滚烫的岩浆上升过程中,在地壳中冷凝形成的。想到一块小小的石头,却蕴藏了这么多的地球故事与秘密,我的心中便对我们的下一站——宝天曼地质公园充满了向往。终于到了宝天曼地质公园,我看到了雄奇险峻的化石尖,那是一座由灰白色的花岗岩组成的巍丽山峰,海拔1830米。虽然山势险峻,我们的队员们却没有一个畏惧的,大家迫不及待地开始攀登起来。尽管同学们一个个都大汗淋漓,汗湿衣衫,可一想到一会儿到了…     

威海市五项措施抓好温泉资源开发

威海市温泉资源丰富，山东省已发现的18处温泉中。威海占有9处，为搞好温泉资源开发，威海市采取5项措施。提高温泉资源开发利用水平。①强化温泉资源开发审批。严格地热井的审批。对原有低效的地热开发设备进行升级改造，降低资源浪费损耗；对新开发单位。在申请前要制定综合开发方案，达不到要求的不予审批；要变零星审批、单井开发为统一规划、分区块连片开发、多井联网梯级利用。
