ECOLOGICAL SERIES OF SOIL ANIMALS IN DARLIDAI MOUNTAIN

The ecological series of soil animals under the broad-leaved and pine mixed forest in Darlidai Mountainwas studied. Seven sample plots were selected according to different altitude gradients, which belong to different vegeta-tion types. By investigating and analyzing soil animals in every sample plot it is found that there are 45 groups and 1956individuals, which axe involved in 3 phylums, 7 classes, 16 orders, respectively. The altitude is a key factor which af-fects ecological series of soil animals. Both the groups and individuals of soil animals increase with altitude increasingunder certain conditions, which contrastes with ordinary cases, resulting from special micro-climate in studied area. Thegroups and individuls of soil animals are the most under the broad-leaved and pine forest on the top of the mountain, andthe least under Picea-Abies forest in the foot of the mountain.     

青岛液体化工码头苯罐泄漏对大气环境的影响

预测和评价了青岛港液体化工码头苯贮罐苯泄漏对大气环境的影响．结果表明，苯罐一旦发生泄苯事故，会对大气环境造成不同程度的影响；在最不利天气条件下，泄漏挥发量为3375kg，会导致22人死亡；泄漏挥发量为1237kg，会导致4人死亡；如果同样的泄苯挥发量，发生在微风条件下，则分别有4人死亡和无人死亡；若发生33kg泄漏挥发量，无论在何种天气条件下，都不会导致人员伤亡。     

海水中痕量苯系物的气相色谱测定的研究

Domestic polymeric microbeads GDX-502 were used to concentrate benzene hydrocarbon from seawater. The absorbed benzene hydrocarbon was removed by thermal desorption and directly injected into gas chromatograph and determined by FID detector. It was optimal for the rapid and precise determination of trace benzene hydrocarbon in seawater. In this Paper the investigation of benzene hydrocarbon in the coastal water of Jiaozhou Bay (Qingdao) is reported as well. The data for benzene hydrocarbon are listed in table 3 for 1984 and the station locations are given in figure 6.     

溴素的有机化学──Ⅴ.溴代脂肪酸—2,3,5,6—四溴—1,4—苯二酯的合成

以1，4—苯二酚和不同的短链脂肪酸为基本原料，经溴代、加成、形成酰卤和酰化等反应，合成了六种新的溴化脂肪酸—2，3，5，6—四溴—1，4—苯二酯。通过对产物的碳、氢、溴等元素的定量分析，以及红外吸收光谱和氢核磁共振谱的研究，验证了化合物的结构。     

闽东渔场海带育苗期气象系列服务

前言 闽东渔场的冬夏各月海水表层水温平均在10°～28℃之间,很适宜海带人工养殖。 海带育苗的关键是在采孢子的气候选择上,几年来的实践证明,采苗选在“白露”节气过后,气温在≤23℃的9月上旬末、中间初的第一次或第二次冷空气影响下的北风阴雨天气比较理想,在这种气候条件下采下来的孢子,其优质苗率高达90％以上,经济效益可超过百万元以上,因此对海带育苗的产前、产中、产后的系列气象服务成为气象服务部门关心的问题。本文从多年来气象服务的实践经验中,得出几种适合海带育苗的气象条件和天气形势,供气象服务参考。     

六溴苯的合成研究

对直接溴化法合成六溴苯作了系统的研究,并对文献方法进行了一系列的改进。包括选择适当的摧化剂及其用量,使反应基本上在室温下进行;利用水汽蒸馏法驱除残余溴,可直接得到无色或近乎无色的纯净产物,而勿需进行还原脱溴,且得率较高。提出一种以溴化物形式回收副产物的方法。     

取代苯磺酰基磷酰二胺酯化学结构与生物活性的关系

对18种N-烷基-O（或S）烷基-N′-取代-N′-取代苯磺酰基磷酰二胺酯化合物做了杀菌（包括海洋病菌）、杀虫及昆虫谷氨酸电位和谷氨酸受体通道的测试，表明；部分化合物有较强的杀菌、杀虫效果，其机制不同于其它有机磷杀菌、杀虫剂；而且它们的生物活性与结构的QSAR计算结果相一致。     

苯并[a]芘对雄性褐菖鲉精巢成熟的影响

本实验采用雄性褐菖鲉作为实验对象,腹腔注射0.5×10-6、1×10-6、5×10-6、10×10-6(m/m)苯并[a]芘,7d后苯并[a]芘处理组精巢睾酮水平和睾酮与17β-雌二醇的比值都有上升,但都未表现出显著性差异(P>0.05).腹腔注射50×10-6(m/m)苯并[a]芘,11d后取出精巢,常规石蜡切片,结果显示雄性褐菖鲉的精巢,精小叶腔和输出管中精子密集程度明显增加,次级精母细胞减少,精巢壁厚度变薄.结果提示,苯并[a]芘对褐菖鲉具有类雄激素效应.
