近58a来影响和登陆浙江的热带气旋统计特征分析

本文利用1949-2006年热带气旋资料,对58a来影响和登陆浙江热带气旋的登陆位置、登陆时间的年际、月际和日变化、登陆后的移速及路径变化与降水中心分布的关系、登陆后维持和衰减情况等进行了统计分析.统计结果表明：影响和登陆浙江的热带气旋有较明显的年际、月际和日变化特征;登陆浙江的热带气旋陆上维持时间与登陆时的强度正相关,登陆后12h内热带气旋衰减较快;登陆后移向偏北分量大的或移速加快的热带气旋,主要降水区出现在路径右侧的可能性大.

0414号台风"云娜"登陆后西折路径和陆上维持机制的诊断分析

2004年第14号台风“云娜”在浙江省温岭市石塘镇登陆,针对登陆后的两大预报难点--路径突然西折和陆上长久维持,进行了研究分析.结果表明：台风登陆后的明显西折是由于副高突然加强造成的,地面3h变压、涡度变量、东西风分量变量等物理量对短期台风路径预报非常有用.台风陆上的长久维持与低空水汽通道的连结、高空流出气流的强辐散、登陆后的移向和特殊的下垫面等密切相关.     

中国山区发展研究的态势与主要研究任务

山区发展问题是一个世界性难题。山区发展滞后是全球普遍的现象。国际上对山区发展研究十分重视,但发达国家与发展中国家因山区发展的水平和方向不同,对其研究的内容也明显差异。我国山区发展既不同于一般发展中国家,也有别于发达国家,正处于受全国工业化、城镇化快速发展冲击的变革期。山区发展在全国总体战略中占有重要地位,但当前是全国区域发展不平衡的主要贡献者,是“三农”问题的集中区和难点区,是全国脱贫的最后攻坚区。国内对山区发展研究虽然已取得巨大进展,但仍不适应新时期对山区发展的需求,加强全国山区发展研究势在必行。当前我国山区发展研究的重点应放在：山区发展战略,建设社会主义新山区,山区工业化,山区农业产业化,山区聚落和山区脱贫等方面上。应以科学发展观统帅山区发展研究,引入现代发展新理念,引进现代科学新理论和新方法,分别在国家层次、区域层次和聚落层次上开展研究；提倡深入山区,深入农村,深入农户；创建山区发展的长期、连续、定点的跟踪调查、监测,构建全国山区发展社会观测网络。     

Extenics Model for Evaluating Vulnerable Degree of Regional Sustaining Hazard Body

The effect of hazard was determined by the dangerous degree of hazard factor-environment and the vulnerable degree of sustaining body. The research into the latter is of importance for the hazard theory and the formation of laws on the mitigation of natural hazards. The way to evaluate the vulnerable degree is the foundation of and the key to the research. In this paper, the extenics model is established to do this job.

Systematic resource investigation can elevate fractional conversion of this area' s mineral drugs resources superiority. Research on natural mineral drugs of this area can upgrade the translation rate of resource superiority and accelerate the development of local medical industry, especially, it can provide scientific data for founding the strategic design of Chinese traditional medicine's trademark of Jilin Changbai Mountain. Since the resource of mineral drugs can not be regenerated, it must be exploited scientifically, utilized reasonably and protected effectively its sustaining application.

水资源可持续利用评价的改进层次分析法

区域水资源可持续利用系统评价是区域可持续发展战略研究中的核心问题之一,它是由人口、资源、环境、经济和社会众多指标组成的复杂系统,其关键是如何合理确定各评价指标的权重。为此,探讨了把层次分析法(AHP)作为确定指标权重的实现过程,并提出用加速遗传算法(AGA)修正判断矩阵的一致性,同时计算判断矩阵各要素排序权值的新方法(AGA-CAHP)。理论分析和应用实例的研究结果表明,AGA-CAHP方法直观、简便,计算结果稳定、精度高,在各种实际系统评价中具有应用价值。
